Verbal attack against foreigners?

Today I read that some gang sprayed a wall of one dormitory, where foreign students of Vilnius University live, with offensive graffiti, including "dork kebab", whatever they wanted to say with it. The gang also broke a window. It seems that for some reason they wanted to do some scapegoating on Turks, yet it seems that there were none around.
What gang it was, the police could probably identify from their tag, or whatever it is.
It's difficult to say whether spring reactivates skinhead gangs in Vilnius, or whether it was a "joke" by local students suffering from hangover. Whatever it was, it's a disgrace.
