Ferzan Ozpetek’s Mine Vaganti (“Loose Cannons”) will screen out of competition at the upcoming Berlinale (February 11-21). The film, starring Riccardo Scamarcio, Nicole Grimaudo and Alessandro Preziosi, marks the director’s return to comedy and is the story of an eccentric family of pasta makers in Apulia.
