Lebanon triumphs at Lodz

There were no major surprises among the prize-winners at the 17th Plus Camerimage Festival in Lodz, which is dedicated to cinematographers and the art of images.
Unveiled on Saturday, the prize list is dominated by Samuel Maoz’s Israeli/German/French co-production Lebanon.
Winner of the Golden Lion at Venice 2009, the film won the Golden Frog for the most accomplished work by a director and their cinematographer (Giora Bejach).
