On the night of the 28th of June, during the latest European summit in Brussels, leaders were to draw new conclusions on the current migration policy. The answer to the so-called "crisis" unveiled a massive gap between existing human tragedies and institutional responses. If Europe pretends to have succeeded in bringing together its heads of state, the implementation of their strategy shows much less solidarity.
