It seems that the relations between the Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou and his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan are getting better, something that naturally leads the greco-turkish relations to a period of 'mutual understanding'. Greek PM Papandreou, accepted a formal invitation to attend a Turkish ambassadors’ conference in the northeast Anatolia city of Erzurum this week.
The third annual Turkish ambassadors’ conference, entitled “Visionary Diplomacy: Global and Regional Order from Turkey’s Perspective”, will be chaired by Turkish Foreign Ministerand will be attended by Turkish diplomats serving abroad and at the country's foreign ministry. The conference will last one week and will be held in Ankara and Erzurum.
Papandreou will not be alone of course.. He will be accompanied by the Turkish PM Erdogan, who will address the meeting of Turkey's top diplomatic corps. Ahmet Davutoglu
