With just one month to go before municipal elections in the village of Vesc in the Drôme province nobody is running for election. But the people have heartfelt, passionate reasons for not rallying: “no time” or “don't really feel like it” were among the most stated reasons for not running. With no leader on the horizon, Vesc might accidentally become an anarchist utopia.
