Electric cars will park and recharge their batteries for free in Vabaduse Valjiak After allowing electric cars to park for free in the new underground parking place recently opened in Vabaduse Valjak, the city of Tallinn gets ready offer free fuel.
Closing a week dedicated to environmentally friendly means of transports the Major of Tallinn, Edgar Savisaar explained everyone how the city intends to be active in this field and is ready to pay for the electricity to recharge the batteries of electric cars.
According to Savisaar the city intends to fight pollution and incentivize the use of electric cars by adding, in the nearest future, more recharging spots in different parking lots of the capital.
