Tonight the 27 heads of state and government of the European Union are gathering for dinner.
They will try to reach an agreement on who will be the next EU President, the High Commissioner on Foreign Affairs and they will discuss which countries will have a representative in the next European Commission. Cafebabel Brussels will be present at this historical event!
