We will present the new online community tools and how you- whether you are representing an NGO, an MEP, a company or simply yourself- can use them.
Cafebabel.com will be popping open the champagne in Brussels for the launch of the Babel community.
Special guests are invited to discuss the new and increasing influence of bloggers and how this is changing traditional media.
