Friday February 4 will see the heads of 27 EU countries gather in Brussels to dine, discuss, disagree and pose for photos. This will be the first summit of the year and the first of the Hungarian presidency of the EU. The agenda, purported to focus on Energy and Innovation, will no doubt be dominated by money and Mubarak.
