We want to present you a new project aimed to help to connect NGOs and donors. Aukok.lt idea is to find projects which seek for funds, put them to one place, categorize and to provide this information to people who are ready to donate.
Not only is the catalogue with descriptions of organization and project important, but also it is important that it is a comfortable tool to donate. Everyone can donate to the chosen initiative through the e-banking system.
Very important aspect also is a fund raising and using transparency. Every donor can see how much is already donated, and when project starts – how the funds are used. By the way one can donate also things, not only money. To raise funds is only one of the missions of Aukok.lt . The other mission is to encourage more modern view to philanthropy. Not only people who are in social exclusion or experience problems can ask for help, but also people who want to grow and create but do not have resources can ask for support. And finally – everyone is welcome to donate – you don’t have to be a socially responsible enterprise, rich businessman or other social activist.
