I am a student. What a desirable name or nickname. I don’t know how to define it. How about you, how would you define it? Being a student is one of the best things that happen to a person of our age. Of course that there are many advantages and disadvantages, but altogether they are great. Let me share something with you that is common for almost all the students.

100_2669.jpg Even if we call ourselves students, and we come here to study, we also have our social life that is full of joy and happiness. Here is a piece of the part of my diary: “…Monday morning, what a wonderful feeling being a student at the University of Tetova, and mostly for studying journalism as I do,…., I do appreciate all these,… but still I want to be in the downstairs pub, where all my friends are chatting, and having fun, whereas I am sitting here, in room 10, listening to the professor, but not paying attention. I wonder what my friends are talking about…”22.jpg Is this a disadvantage that sometimes we just forget of why we are here, and take life as it comes? There are many things that are new to us like new students, new friends, new region, new teachers, and new way of living. Despite all of these, how fast we adapt and how much we enjoy it. And the money! It also goes fast, too. Let’s just analyze it. One student sent a letter to his father writing” No money, No funny. Sonny”, while the response was “Too bad, too sad. Dad”.11.jpg Sometimes, we over do our actions, we spent more time caring about fashion, pubs and parties, than the exam of tomorrow. But who cares! One can enter at the same exam more than twice, whereas the party, neither the coffee, nor the chat are repeated. We are able to face everything, and whenever we do this, we get stronger and more prepared for the future. But in what ways prepared? Academically, professionally or “daily”? Hhhhmmm… let us leave it as a rhetorical question because the answer will hurt us. Maybe, who knows… How about you??mail.google.com.jpg …on my way home, I met an old person who asked me about my profession, I told him that I am a student. He was amazed, happy that he was having a conversation with a student. And I thought myself, if we really are the students of the future, or the students who enjoy themselves and care a little about the future… I found myself somewhere in the middle, little study, little funny……
